Richard F. Macias

Richard F. Macias, 77, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Holzer Medical Center. Born on December 29, 1944 in Montebello, California, Richard was the son of the late Ray V. and Jean Reyes Macias. On November 1, 1986, Richard married Linda Baird Macias who survives him in Gallipolis. Richard is survived by his wife, Linda Macias of Gallipolis; daughter, Michelle (Reid) Schwarz of Carson City, Nevada; son, Jim (Amanda) Macias of Fontana, California; honorary granddaughter, Emma Somerville; sisters, Gloria Mead of Anaheim Hills, California and Rachael Lopez of Anaheim Hills, California; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his siblings, Orty D’Elia, Bob Macias, Betty Stephenson, and Connie Morales. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Voss officiating.
