Richard W. Myers

Richard W. Myers, 81, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. Richard was a laborer and enjoyed animals and fishing. He was born on April 26, 1927 in Mason County, WV son of the late Nelson T. and Mona Whittington Myers. He is survived by two sisters Della Cox of Gallipolis with whom he made his home the last six years, and Nella Earl Dunlap of Kanauga, Ohio. Several nieces and nephews survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother Nelson R. Myers. Services will be 1 pm Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Willis Funeral Home with burial following in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call on Monday, October 27, 2008 from 6-8 PM.
