Richard Starkey, Jr.

Richard Starkey, Jr., 72, of Crown City, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Arbors at Gallipolis. He was born on February 11, 1949 in Athens, Tennessee, son of the late Richard Starkey, Sr. and Ollie Evelyn Brooks. Richard was married to Kathy Stevens Starkey for fifty years; and she survives him, along with a son, David Ryan Starkey (Tracy) of Hillsboro, Ohio; one sister, Tracy (Ron) Helwig of Cincinnati, Ohio; two brothers-in-law, Timothy (Mary) Stevens of Pennsylvania and Charles Daniel Ray (Cheri) Stevens of Florida; one sister-in-law, Linda Langhammer of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.
