Ricky L. Buck

Ricky L. Buck, 62, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at his residence. Born on July 18, 1958 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Ricky was the son of the late Charles Buck, Jr. and the late Carol Dawson Pack. Ricky was married to Jennifer L. Dunaway Buck, who survives him in Gallipolis. He retired from Asbestos Abatement Workers Local 207. Ricky was a Kyger Creek High School graduate and a former member and past governor of the Point Pleasant Moose Lodge. Ricky is survived by his wife, Jennifer Buck of Gallipolis; son, Jeremy Lee Buck of Mason, West Virginia; stepchildren, Jeremiah (Karen) Gilbert of Rio Grande, Ohio, Erin Gilbert of Vinton, Ohio, and Brandon Gilbert of Gallipolis; several grandchildren; and sister, Shelly Buck Hager of Rio Grande. In addition to his parents, Ricky was preceded in death by a daughter, Brandee Buck; brother, Charles William “Billy” Buck III; and step daughter, Cortney Gilbert. A Celebration of Life for Ricky will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Willis Funeral Home. Friends may call prior to the service from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
