Ricky Joy

Ricky Joy, 64, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, Ohio. Born on February 20, 1955 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Ricky was the son of the late Carl Joy and the late Jewell Waugh Halley. Ricky was married to Lorinda Seth Joy, who survives him in Gallipolis. He was a truck driver, a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, and a U.S. Army veteran. Ricky is survived by his wife, Lorinda Joy; siblings, Lea (Andy) Hout of Gallipolis, James (Linda) Thevenir of Bidwell, Charles Thevenir of Crown City, Anita Hoffman of Cleveland, Retha (Trent) Canter of Vinton, Cindy (Ron) Snell of Napoleon, Ohio, Diana (David) Hicks of Napoleon, Carla (Kenny) Boyett of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Linda (Dave) Snyder of Ridgeville, Ohio, and Terry (Nancy) Joy of Dacula, Georgia; many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
