Robert Allen Mcguire

Robert Allen McGuire, 70, of Crown City, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.  Bob was born on May 26, 1953 in Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late Lester and Viola Lewis McGuire.

Bob was married to Rhonda L. Mooney McGuire on January 24, 1975; and she survives him along with two children, a son Benjamin (Brandi) McGuire and a daughter Jennifer (Jason) Bowers both of Crown City, Ohio; five grandchildren, Justine (Bretton) Casto, Garrett McGuire, Jaslyn Bowers, Elizabeth McGuire, and Jared Bowers; two great grandchildren, Memphis Casto and Morgan Geiger; two brothers, Dennis (Gwen) McGuire and Brian (Leslie) McGuire both of Gallipolis; one sister, Marilyn Foster of Conyers, Georgia; sister-in-law, Carolyn McGuire of Rio Grande, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a brother, Tom McGuire; brother-in-law, Mark Foster; and a nephew, Josh McGuire.

The funeral service for Bob will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Unroe officiating.  His burial will follow in Victory Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at Willis Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
