Ruby E. Hall

Ruby E. Hall, 88, of Gallipolis passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Holzer Medical Center Emergency Room. Born on March 9, 1931 in Pikeville, Kentucky, Ruby was the daughter of the late Green F. and Rebecca Blackburn Justice. Ruby was married to Carl Hall, who preceded her in death in 1997. Ruby is survived by daughters, Veronica Manny of Panama City, Florida and Carla (Harold) Blankenship of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Jamie Burnette of Pikeville, Kentucky and Kevin (Karen) Blankenship of Gallipolis; great grandchildren, Tayler Manny, Eddie Bryan Smith, Rebekah Smith, Jasmine Morris, Emma Blankenship, John Blankenship, and James Blankenship; sister, Stella Coleman of Pikeville, Kentucky; and special friend, Terese Leach. In addition to her parents and her husband, Ruby was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Crystal Smith; brothers, Finest Justice, Arson Justice, Albert Justice, and Hassell Justice; and sisters, Dorothy Hunt, Flora Justice, Carrie Coleman, and Pearlie Coleman. The funeral service for Ruby will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens Chapel of Hope with Chaplain Fred Williams officiating.
