Ruth Ann Taylor

Ruth Ann Taylor, 70, of Vinton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Holzer Medical Center. Born on June 9, 1951 in Delaware, Ohio, Ruth Ann was the daughter of the late Paul C. and Ethel Evans Pittman. On August 23, 1969, Ruth Ann married Frank E. Taylor, who survives her in Vinton. Ruth Ann graduated from Delaware B. Hayes High School and attended Faith Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who enjoyed painting. Ruth Ann is survived by her husband, Frank E. Taylor of Vinton; daughter, Carrie (Jason) Garner of Galloway, Ohio; son, Scott E. (Trina) Taylor of Fallon, Nevada; fourteen grandchildren; brother, Roy Pittman of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service for Ruth Ann will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 in Carroll Cemetery, Carroll, Ohio with Pastor John Patterson officiating.
