Sandra J. Vanco, 57, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born on June 2, 1963 in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late Henry M. Layne and Sarah E (Day) Layne. Sandy is survived by her husband Steven P. Vanco. She was a Resource Manager for the K-Mart Corp. In addition to her husband, Steven, she is survived by a daughter, Holly (John) Fields of Ft. Collins, CO, one son Steven J. Vanco of San Jose, CA, two grandchildren, James C. Fields and Caroline R. Fields; one sister; Marilyn (Joe) Midkiff of Whitesville, KY, and one brother, Mark M. (Jennifer) Layne of Chillicothe, Ohio. In accordance with Sandy's wishes there will be no services at this time.
