Shari Jean Shaver Tipton

Shari Jean Shaver Tipton, 59, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at her residence in Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Gallia County on August 24, 1954 to the late Ray Shaver and Alberta Price Ely. Also preceding her in death was her Dad and Mom, Earl and Jean Noble. Shari enjoyed feeding the birds, and flower gardening. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Joe Tipton of Columbus; one daughter Michelle (Kenny) Livingston and one son Jeremy (Karrie) Sands, all of Columbus; six grandchildren, Haley and Damon Simms, Jayda, Kira and Carter Sands; and Angel Livingston; great granddaughter, Rae-Lyn Jo Smalley and another great grandchild expected soon; Shari is also survived by her two Lynn’s… Lynn Tipton and Lynn Tenney, and her two loyal protectors, Angel and Sadie. Services will be 1:30 pm on Monday, November 18, 2013 at the Willis Funeral Home, Gallipolis, Ohio with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Rife Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gary Tenney, Damon Simms, Daniel Tenney, and Danny Lowe, Honorary pallbearer will be Jeremy Sands. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributions to Mt.
