Sheri L. Pyles

Sheri L. Pyles, 49, of Gallipolis, passed into the loving arms of her Savior on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born on July 9, 1958 in Ironton, Ohio to William “Bill” and Vianna McDonie Keating and was married to Steve Pyles. Sheri was a 1976 graduate of Ironton High School and a graduate of Holzer School of Nursing. She was a nurse for 27 years at the Holzer Medical Center. She was also a member of Faith Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Steve Pyles of Gallipolis; a son, Jared Emily Pyles of Columbus; a daughter, Anna Pyles of Gallipolis; her parents, Bill and Vianna Keating of Ironton; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Woody and Judy Pyles of Gallipolis; a brother, Jeff Elizabeth Keating of Ironton; two sisters, Janice John Lewis of Ironton and Mary Catherine Tim Shook of Jackson. Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, September 7, 2007 at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Lusher officiating. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Woodland Cemetery in Ironton, Ohio. Friends may call on Thursday, September 6, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. at the Willis Funeral Home, Gallipolis. Pallbearers will be Mark Groves, Keith McGuire, Rusty Saunders, Mark Mooney, Brent A. Saunders, and Rich Corvin.
