Summer L. Bias

Summer L. Bias, 45, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Holzer Medical Center. Born on November 4, 1974 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Summer was the daughter of the late Larry Bias and Ruth Diane Handley Domigan, who survives her in Jackson, Ohio. Summer enjoyed doing people’s nails and cosmetics. Summer is survived by her mother, Ruth Diane and stepfather Skip Domigan of Jackson; sons, Ricki (Ashley) Holmes of Gallipolis and Chase (Nikki) Halley of Gallipolis; grandson, Carson Holmes and one grandchild on the way; brothers, Travis (Brooke) Bias of Kansas City, Missouri and Zeb (Alicia) Lane of Teays Valley, West Virginia; sister, Janelle Turner of North Carolina; several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.
