Thelma L. Miller

Thelma L. Miller, 84, of Gallipolis, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2007 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born on December 22, 1922 in Gallia County to the late Levi W. Pete Neal and Shirley Myers Neal. Thelma was married to Clarence A. Miller and he preceded her in death in 1992. Also preceding in death were her parents, a brother James “Jim” Neal and two sisters Maxine Allbright, and Faye Fraser. Thelma is survived by two daughters, Cindy Miller of Hilliard, OH, Becky Brad Warren of Vinton, OH and by three sons, Gary Carol Miller, Jerry Miller, and Keith Dreama Miller all of Gallipolis; 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren; one brother, Charles M. Juanita Neal of Venice, FL, and a sister Joyce Mike Harrington of Gallipolis; a sister-in-law Justine Neal of Gallipolis, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 1 pm Tuesday, July 2, 2007, at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Eugene Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in Neal Cemetery.
