Thomas Matthew Fife

Thomas Matthew Fife, 62, of Bidwell, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  Tom was born on April 19, 1960 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Lewis G. and Louise Johnson Fife.   He was a retired insulator with Local #207 New Haven, West Virginia and worked at Clifford Stapleton's Salvage. Tom was an avid reader and loved to tinker. He served in the United States Marine Corps.

Tom is survived by his wife of twenty-six years, Rhonda Fife; two step daughters, Brittany (Drew) Beman of Gallipolis, Ohio and Breanna (Nolan) Lambert of Canal Winchester, Ohio; four grandchildren, Creedence and Rozalyn Beman and Garrett and Austin Lambert; three sisters, Patricia (Charles) Caldwell of Dallas, Texas, Janette (Hollie) Marcum of Bidwell, and Elizabeth (Mike) Kirby of Gallipolis; one brother, Gregory (Kolette) Fife of Phoenix, Arizona; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Clifford Stapleton.  In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by three brothers, William Michael Fife, James Christopher Fife, and Timothy Edward Fife.

A Celebration of Life service for Tom will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Kingdom Ministries with Pastor Randy Patterson officiating.  Military honors will be given at the church by the Gallia County Funeral Detail. There will be a fellowship meal provided after the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, please consider doing something nice for someone.  Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
