Thomas Frederick Long

Thomas Frederick Long, Sr., 64, of Cheshire Twp., Gallia County, Ohio, passed away on July 24, 2019 at his residence. He was born May 29, 1955 in Zanesville, Ohio, son of the late Robert C. and Mary Louise Adrian Long. Thomas was a retired well tender for Cameron Brothers of Zanesville and Star Oil and Gas of Racine. Surviving are his wife, Jennifer Sayre Long of Middleport; grandsons, Thomas Long III, Craigory Long; stepchildren, Bill and Jennifer (Bellar) Cremeans of Hurricane, WV, Lisa and Jeff Lemley of Gallipolis, Stephanie and Alex Dickens of Pt. Pleasant, WV, Joseph and Brandi (Reeves) Cremeans of Middleport; 11 step grandchildren, Addison, Brady and Isaiah Cremeans, Juliann and Makensie Lemley, Isabella, Gabriel, Lucian and Madeline Dickens, Ashlyn and Barrett Cremeans; one brother, Joe and Beth Long of Zanesville, Ohio; special friends, Bill and Sonnie Weaver of Nelsonville, OH; Several Nieces and Nephews. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Curtis Long and Mary Louise “Molly” Adrian Long, a son, Thomas Long Jr., one brother William Long and one sister Ruth Ann Long Gerst. A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the Poplar Ridge Cemetery. Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
