Vivian Fellure

Vivian Fellure, 88, of Crown City, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Abbyshire Place.

Born on July 23, 1934 in Circleville, Ohio, Vivian was the daughter of the late William Neal and Gladys Hatfield Settles.  On October 18, 1974, Vivian married Paul Leon Fellure, who preceded her in death on July 1, 1997.  Vivian was a homemaker and a member of Wills Chapel in Wellston.  She attended Okey Chapel where she taught Sunday School and headed up the Easter and Christmas children’s programs.

Vivian is survived by her stepdaughter, Kathy Stump of Gallipolis, Ohio; step grandson, Adam Johnson of Gallipolis; special niece like a daughter, Pam (Tolby) Markham of Wellston, Ohio; brothers, Lowell Settles of Circleville, Ohio and Delbert Settles of Carter Lake, Iowa; brother-in-law, Richard (Becky) Fellure of Mercerville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews; and several great great nieces and great great nephews.

In addition to her parents, Vivian was preceded in death by a brother, Edwin Settles and sisters, Waneta Dearth and Evelyn Sterr.

The funeral service for Vivian will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Willis Funeral Home with Rick Riggle officiating.  Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery.  Friends may call prior to the service Thursday from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
