Walter Ray Long

Walter Ray Long, 84, of Bidwell, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Holzer Senior Care Center. He was born November 23, 1927 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Grant and Azile E. Cromley Long, who preceded him in death in 1977. He married Judy Marie Cox Long on September 7, 1988 and she survives him. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Mary Long of Gallipolis and several nieces. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Grover Long and brother and sister-in-law, Forest and Betty Long. Services will be 11:30 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Street Cemetery.
