William Billy Henry

William A. “Billy” Henry, 56, of Gallipolis passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his residence. Born on November 5, 1963 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Billy was the son of the late Robert A. “Gabby” Henry and Ella Mae Brown Henry, who survives him in Patriot, Ohio. On July 31, 1989, Billy married Lisa Hager Henry, who survives him in Gallipolis. Billy was a laborer/contractor who worked for the Leach family and Roberts Brothers Garage. He enjoyed demolition car derbies. Billy is survived by his wife, Lisa Henry of Gallipolis; children, Nicole (Brian) Hager-Brown of Gallipolis, Kelli Henry (Jerry Mollett) of Gallipolis, Steven Henry of Gallipolis, Ryan (Rachelle) Henry of Gallipolis, and Danielle Preston of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Nasir Cooper, Michael Henry, Khalyse Smith, Christopher Henry, Kyla Gilbert, Kaleah Gilbert, Kalley White, Emberly Henry, Breonnia Cremeans, Braylen Cremeans, and Kalyn Preston; mother, Ella Mae Henry of Patriot, Ohio; sister, Barbara (Jerry) Woods of Patriot; brothers, Larry (Cathy) Henry of Gallipolis, Charlie (Chastity) Henry of Gallipolis, and Robert “Bubsy” (Jodie) Henry of Springfield, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, Billy was preceded in death by a son, William Eric Henry and a brother, Donny Henry.
