Alma Lee Rowley, 71, of Cheshire, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2010 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. She was born June 25, 1939 in Chapman, Kentucky, daughter of the late Jess and Emily Moore Watts. She was married to Loren Bill Rowley, I on May 7, 1957 in Huntington, West Virginia. Alma was a member of Liberty Chapel Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her family. Surviving are her husband, Loren Bill Rowley, I of Cheshire; two daughters, Lori (Steve) Fisher of Oak Hill and Trena (Fiance, Charlie) Culp of West Portsmouth; one son, Loren Billy (Diana) Rowley, II of Crown City; six grandchildren, Molly (Josh) Meeker of Minford, Sonya Duke of McDermott, Shane McCoy of Portsmouth, Brad (Michelle) Fisher of Oak Hill, Kala Brumfield of Jackson, Jennifer Brumfield of Proctorville; several great grandchildren; two sisters, Corinne Wright of Gallipolis and Phyllis (Bill) Walker of Flag Pond, Tennessee; one brother, Kenneth (Annie) Watts of Louisa, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews. Alma was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Edith Grubbs and Geraldine McKenzie and one brother, Alfred Pauley. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 7, 2010 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Wood and Rev. Don Swick officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Billy Rowley, Mike McCormick, Mike Spencer, Brad Fisher, Charlie Culp, and Josh Meeker. Honorary pallbearer will be Steve Fisher.
