Carolyn Faye Green

Carolyn Faye Green, 65, of Crown City, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 21, 2006 at the home of her sister. She was born on October 20, 1940 in Crown City, Ohio, the daughter of Lawrence Edward Shafer who preceded her in death and L. Grace Saunders Shafer who survives her. Carolyn was a homemaker and attended the Mt. Zion Church. Surviving are her daughter, Angela Harris of Wichita, KS; her sons, Dennis Leia Green of Crown City, Ohio, Grover Lawrence Larry Green of Gallipolis, Randall Green of Jackson, OH and Brian Debbie Green of Greenville, OH; Grandchildren, Mariah Green, Cassidy Green, Dalton Green, Brittny Green, Zachary Green, Biranda Green and a Great Grandson Bryceton Folden; her mother, L. Grace Saunders Shafer of Crown City. OH; Sisters, Evelyn Roy Wallace of Napoleon, OH, Judy Junior Wolford, Crown City, OH, Connie Roger Sell of Merencie MI, Donna Bankey, Perrysburg, OH, Kathi Joseph Distel of Napoleon, OH, Regina Carl Hively of Gallipolis, OH, Sandra Doug Eis of Napoleon, OH; brothers, Carl Mary Shafer of Liberty Center OH, Curtis Shafer of Gallipolis, OH and David Bonnie Shafer of Gallipolis, OH Preceding her in death was a granddaughter, Summer Harris, her father, Lawrence Shafer, a sister Lora Smith and a brother James Edward Shafer. Private services will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Bowers officiating. Burial will follow in the Victory Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
