Johnathon Chase Layne Borton

Johnathon Chase Layne Borton, 4 years old, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. He was born on September 24, 2017 in Gallipolis, Ohio, the son of Kathy Buttrick Fillinger and Richard Chase Borton both of Gallipolis. In addition to his parents, Johnathon is survived by his grandparents, Linda Borton Elliott and Larry Elliott, Kathy and Tim Smith, and Vicki Buttrick all of Gallipolis; aunts and uncles, Kim, Christy, Jeremiah, Timothy, Johnny, Marie and Diana; and many other extended family members who loved him. A private graveside service for Johnathon will be held at Centenary Cemetery with Pastor Aaron Young officiating. Willis Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
