Rita M. Fletcher

Rita M. Fletcher, 95, of Gallipolis, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Holzer Senior Care Center. She was born November 9, 1919 in Springfield, Ohio, daughter of the late Raphael and Nora Deady Gallagher, Sr. Rita was married to John W. Fletcher and he preceded her in death. She was a retired real estate agent. Surviving are her daughters, Judy (Tim ) Hennessey of Gallipolis, Mary Ellen (William) Rain of Bonita Springs, Florida, Peggy (John) Grubb of Springfield, Ohio; 11 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild; a sister, Joan Hannahan of Memphis, Tennnessee; many dear nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, John Fletcher, Rita was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Bowman and a brother Raphael Gallagher Jr. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at St. Louis Catholic Church with Father Tom Hamm as officiant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio at the convenience of the family.
