Roger D. Hill

Roger D. Hill, 55, of Patriot, went home to be with The Lord on January 29, 2014 at his residence. He was born June 26, 1958, in Gallipolis, to Floyd Harold Hill of Jackson, Ohio and Betty L. (Jeffers) Hill of Patriot. He was a retired truck driver and farmer. Roger is survived by his parents, his daughter, Amber Gaither, grandsons, Jared and Bryce Gaither, one sister, Jane (Jeff) Clagg of Gallipolis; two nephews, two nieces and his close friend, Diane Camden of Patriot; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by Grandparents Lloyd and Erma Jeffers, Homer and Garnet Hill, Uncles: Ray Jeffers, Marvin Hill and Edward Hill. Services will be 2 pm Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Willis Funeral Home, with Pastor Phil Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends and family may call from noon until the time of the services at the funeral home on Sunday.
