Tammy Sue Mcguire

Tammy Sue McGuire, 47, of Rio Grande, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born March 6, 1965 in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late Sherman and Sarah Jane Montgomery McGuire. Tammy was a 1983 GAHS graduate and also graduated from Southeatern Business College. She was a cook at Holzer Assisted Living and a former manager of Speedway in Middleport, Ohio. Surviving are one sister, Thelma Louise Wolfe of Crown City; four brothers, Charles L. (Sue) McGuire of Lewis Center, Ohio, Sherman McGuire, Jr. of Middleport, Ohio, Roger N. McGuire of Gallipolis and Keith Allen (Lorie) McGuire of Athens, Ohio; several nieces, nephews aunts and uncles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Rosa Jane McGuire. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Garland Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 6-8 p.m.
